How to Edit a x2 Skin?

    Can you tell me what programs i can use to Edit, and also how can i download it ?

    The easiest way to download it is with your file transfer window via ssh.
    The theme is in /usr/local/cpanel/base/frontend/

    Then you can edit it with your favorite text editor and then upload it the same way. Be sure to rename the theme, though, or your changes will be overwritten with the cpanel update.

    You need an ftp program capable of secure connections. I use SecureFTP at vandyke.com but there is a free one that's been mentioned here before. I can't think of it off hand but a search here should find it.

    Try filezilla, it will allow you to do FTP over SSL or scp using SSH

    Yes !!! im using filezilla during the last year, it is the best for ftp :D :D

    now I will try for ssh

    as admin because as root i disabled access direct, am i right ?
