how to edit bandwidth exceeded email

    Hi

    anyone know how to edit the email sent out by Cpanel


    domain.co.uk (username) has reached 80% of their bandwidth limit.

    DataCenter Provider
    You need to modify /usr/local/cpanel/apache/mod_bwlimited.c
    and recompile it for apache.

    Sorry, not the bandwidth exceeded webpage, the email cpanel sends a user when they are over the limit. But changing the webpage is interesting as well

    Opps.

    Change this

    /usr/local/cpanel/bin/bwlimit

    Keep in mind that the changes may get overwritten by a cpanel update.

    Look at chattr'ing the file or modifying the HOWTO: "Monitoring wwwacct for changes" located on our forum to suit the need.

    cPanel people - are there no plans to make this an option in WHM setup for example?

    That would be far more useful and not particularly complicated.
