    Hello,

I need to edit a suspendedpage.cgi located into the cgi-sys of cpanel but I can't do this through notepad. Can somebody help me how to modify the suspendedpage.cgi?

Actually, the /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi script will not be editable, since it's purposely a dynamically linked file (not a normal cgi script):

    Code:
    # file /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi
    /usr/local/cpanel/cgi-sys/suspendedpage.cgi: ELF 32-bit LSB
    executable, Intel 80386, version 1 (SYSV), for GNU/Linux 2.2.5,
dynamically linked (uses shared libs), stripped
Compare that return on the file type with a normal cgi file:

    Code:
    # file upload.cgi
    upload.cgi: perl script text executable
Substantially different and why the suspendedpage.cgi isn't editable. Now, if you need to modify the suspended page, you can use WHM > Web Template Editor > Account Suspended section.

In that area, you can modify the suspended page or you can upload your own. Please note that any images you link to would need to be put into the /usr/local/cpanel/img-sys/ folder and linked via /img-sys/ for the path.
