    Hello,

let's assume that cpanel is not functioning properly for some reason.
Therefore, I would like to make sure that my website is not going down. Is there anyway I can do that?
Can I make sure that a website is totally separated from the other websites within my VPS?
I want to separate if from the rest of the websites because I do not want to have my website down if i am working on the other websites.

Thank you in advance for all your answers.
    I really appreciate it.

If cPanel weren't properly functioning as in WHM and cPanel interfaces, that would not impact Apache traffic on a website working, since Apache is on port 80 and unrelated to port 2082/2083 (cPanel interface) and 2086/2087 (WHM interface) traffic.

You cannot separate Apache services from one site to another. If Apache goes down on the machine for any reason, then Apache is down on the entire machine.
