I have been having cache issues with an applet called jumploader that allows multiple photos to be uploaded in a family cms that is installed on my server. My research has led me to a resolution where the person enabled cache on his server but didn't provide details on where or how to do this. I have been trying to find out where or even how to do this or even if it is disabled on my server but for some reason I cannot find anything that leads me to the right place or resolution. I've looked all through WHM and Cpanel but either I'm missing something or it is not there.

Update: I finally found it using Easy Apache but it didn't resolve my issue. Should I leave this enabled or disabled? Is there any security risks with it enabled?
