I have access to a command that allows me to restore a cpanel using the cpmove feature in the root. But I created a reseller account and the whm of the reseller is missing the entire backup section. Any help would be appreciated.
Backup/restore functions are not available to resellers WHM panel unless you enable the "all priviliges" option in the "Edit Reseller Nameservers and Privileges" Note, allowing this make the reseller ROOT so think carefully before you enable this option!!!
