    Go on, have a guess
Well, a 30 second search of www.exim.org reveals:

    http://www.exim.org/exim-html-4.30/doc/html/spec_43.html#SECT43.9

The important bit seems to be:
So, you need to setup an ACL which presumably could filter on IP address.

    ETRN exim

Has anyone successfully set up etrn on exim want to post a how-to?
I neeed to set this up for a client so they can pull down mail for one domain and restrict this ability to one ip address.
A sample ACL would also be great.
