    Hi,

Quite a lot of our users have asked why the option in their email clients, "secure authentication", or "login using secure authentication" doesn't work on our mail servers.

I have looked through WHM, but can't see how / where to enable this option, and doing a search on the forum didn't return any useful info either.

So, does anyone know if this option can be enabled on cPanel's mailserver(s)?

If that 'secure authentication' option is the one I'm thinking of, it's for MS Exchange.

aah, ok, so it isn't something we can use on cPanel then?

    What exactly does it do?
