How to find out which site is vulnerable ?

Root Administrator
I have on my server whm/cpanel + cloudlinux some vulnerable.

There are files with user NOBODY, inside the /tmp folder.

How do I find out which site is vulnerable?

Imunify360 is a malware scanner that will assist you in finding and securing your sites. Bitninja does essentially the same thing though. They're both great softwares and it's ultimately just up to preference for you.
