Hello,

WA is IO wait time. That means the server is waiting to read/write. Unless you are collocating the equipment, that's prob. something you need to talk to your provider about.

What is considered high I/O?

What is IOWait relative to the sar command and when should I be concerned?

When reviewing drive wait time spikes, it is important to determine what processes or write tasks are causing this. While the provided information is not enough to determine this information, we do have the following articles that detail how you can review this type of behavior.
