How to get backup of WP website using CPanel

Greetings,
I want to save backup of my website from day 1 to till date for any emergency situation. Can anyone guide me how i can get this? Someone said me using capnel you can achieve this. But i am newbie and don't know how to get this. That's why i am here to get some help for expert guys. Please guide me through any easy way.

If you have cPanel access you should see the Backup Wizard tool inside your mail cPanel interface:

Backup Wizard | cPanel & WHM Documentation

This interface allows you to back up all or part of your website, or to restore it from the most recent backup file.

If that doesn't exist, it's possible your hosting provider has removed or restricted that feature for your account. If that is the case you'd need to speak with them to see if that is something they can enable for you.
