    Hi,

Does anybody know how can i get the full email adresses existing in my server?
is there any easy way to keep my email users database updated?

I mean not only the cpanel contacts i need to have all the email accounts from each domain name from WHM.
    Thanks
    Ferny

Configserver Mail Manage will allow you to view them. It will not create or update your database, but it will show every email account on the server through WHM.

    http://configserver.com/cp/cmm.html

While several of his packages can be downloaded and installed for free, he also does a complete installation of all of his services for a very reasonable fee.

    Thank you Ron,
I only need to know how trustly this software can be. Do you know if this software has a good reputation? Im scared to install it and i would start to have email problems or something.

Thanks a lot and have a happy new year.

ConfigServer.com has a good reputation from all that I have seen. I installed the CMM and their firewall software a couple of months ago and then had them install their MailScanner package. I love the Mail Manager and use it regularly to check on email accounts, add accounts, etc. You can click on a domain and see all of the accounts set up on that domain as well as the quota set up for the account and the amount of space being used. It was very simple to install and will inform you when an updated version is available (and provide a button to update.) I also like their Mail Queue manager.

I have had Chirpy (Configserver) install his software on 2 servers and can only sing his praises. I love the software, and he does update frequently. I have sent donations (through PayPal) to let him know that his work is appreciated. On the occasions where I have had a question, he has been quite complete in his answers.

This script was around here before and I've used it to do exactly what you want.

    Usage: ls -d /home/*/mail/*/*/ | /path/to/script/getAllEmail.awk > emailaddress.txt

Without question, you can trust the ConfigServ scripts. I wouldn't run my servers without Chirpy's tools. :)
I'd say the best thing to do is just pay them to install the whole package.
