How to get .key and .crt from cpanel programatically?

I know there are a folder that have a encripted named .crt and .key from cpanel.
There is a ssl.db that order what is the certificate from determined subdomain for example.

Is possible to get easily the .crt and .key from cpanel programatically? I know there is a panel that show what is the key and crt inside the cpanel, but i need to get this programatically.

The name from .crt and .key are different from subdomain.aaaaa.com for example.
