How to handle virtualhosts creating?

Does anybody know how can I handle the default virtualhosts template CPanel (8.0.6) adds into the httpd.conf while creating the new domains?
I need to add few lines to this template...

Also it will be even better to know how to call my own script right after or during the new virtualhost creation.

Any help will be very appreciated.
