How to increase mail sending limit?

    HI,
    When i send newsletters to 1000 members its taking more 1 day to send. So is there any way we can increase limiting size? Please let me know.

    cPanel Access Level:
    Root Administrator
    If you have root access:
    Go to WHM -> Server Configuration -> Tweak Settings then go to the "Mail" section and change the setting for "The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):" and at the bottom of the page click "save."

    If you are not root: (very likely if you don't know what WHM is)

    Its already set to 0. But still mails stuck in Mail Queue. :(
