how to increase max_allowed_packet

    Hi

    i face this problem

    Fatal error: Uncaught Database error in vBulletin 5.0.4: [Showing truncated query, original length: 1175256]

    I Searched for a solution. the answer was increase max allowed packet.

    I want to know how to increase max_allowed_packet from whm, i'm not familiar with the SSH interface.

    Hello :)

    You will need root access to this system to modify that value in the following file:

    /etc/my.cnf

    After modifying/adding that value to the /etc/my.cnf file, you must restart MySQL.
