I am in the process of moving a hundred or so accounts from a failed server to a new server and in the process have to re-establish a lot of things related to IP addresses as I am now using an entirely different range. OK its tedious but thanks to WHM an average Joe can do it BUT every now and then I have to stop and think about the next step and when I come back to WHM I have to log in again even though the window has been open all along. Irritating but not much of a problem except that WHM seems to be enforcing a 15 minute waiting period before my creds are accepted again.

How can I:
a) prevent the timeout
&
b) shorten the waiting period?

You should not have to wait before entering your authentication details again. Do you have cPhulk brute force detection enabled? If so, make sure you whitelist the IP address you are connecting from so that your IP address is excluded from brute force lockouts.

Thank you.
