how to increase up/down speed in nginx

Hello,

I've a file sharing site, I'm using "nginx admin" plugin for cpanel.

but after installing "nginx admin" download and upload speed decreased extremely from 10Mb to 300Kb.

I want to know how to increase speed as it was in apache.

It appears that the nginx plugin has its own forum and support resources. That might be a better place to start:

cPanel is developed to work only with Apache, not nginx, so we are unable to provide support for nginx. Other forum users here may be able to give you advice, but the forum provided by the plugin's own developer would likely have more users familiar with the software.
