I was wondering how we can recompile Apache with APXS and mod_vhost_alias (apxs is required for it).

We don't have that, even after recompiling it using /scripts/easyapache. Can anyone help? Thanks

So, do you solve your problem ?
    How ?

its' a way to build modules and it's used

When you compile apache there are two ways of doing it, compile everything static and build in, and use loadable modules, and apxs is a mecanism for doing this.

cpanel apache build uses loadable modules and it is easy to build in any new module you desire.

    Find som howto for details.
