I am running apache 1.3.37 on the latest whm/cpanel build with mod_security but I also need to install the unique_id module (see error below). How can I get this installed into my running system without rebuilding apache from whm since there is no option for unique_id in the "Apache Update" options.

I am also running the mlogc logger for the remote Mode Security Console and so thats why concurrent logging is required.

    Error:

mod_security: Audit log: Concurrent audit logging requested, but UNIQUE_ID not found. Please activate mod_unique_id first. [uri "/"]

With exception of STABLE, you should be able to use the new Easy Apache. In EA3, simply proceed through the process until you get to Profile :: Apache :: PHP Main :: PHP Specific :: Basic then click on Advanced Configuration. You can then select Unique ID for Apache and proceed with the build process.

Information on when EA3 will propagate to STABLE can be found on our website at: http://www.cPanel.net/cpanel11
