I have purchased an SSL certificate. I can't follow the instructions though to install it.

It says to go into the SSL/TLS Certificate. I do that and the menu options are :
    Private Keys (KEY)
Generate, view, upload, or delete your private keys.

    Certificate Signing Requests (CSR)
Generate, view, or delete SSL certificate signing requests.

    Certificates (CRT)
Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates.

Where do I go from here? This doesn't seem to match up to the instructions that say to open something saying Install SSL certificates.

    Thank you in advance,

    Hey Amy,

Do you have a Dedicated IP to install SSL for the domain? It is a must.

I hopes the below given Doc will help you on the installation.

    Hello Amy,

The menus you've noted sound like the cPanel rather than WHM menus. If that is the case, it would be this one:

    Certificates (CRT)
Generate, view, upload, or delete SSL certificates.

If you have already generated the CSR and Key files on the machine, so you'd simply upload the certificate in the "Certificates (CRT)" area. If you have any issues there, please let us know what is happening. Please also confirm this is cPanel rather than WHM where you are trying to install the SSL certificate.

Stop hovering to collapse... Click to collapse... Hover to expand... Click to expand...
