    Hello :)

I am not aware of any method to track when a MySQL username has been created. You could browse the cPanel access log (/usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log) to see when the MySQL option was accessed by a user in cPanel. However, there is no log that lists the specific creation date for MySQL usernames. Is there a specific reason you require this information?

    Thank you.

You can review active MySQL usernames under the "MySQL Databases" option in cPanel. There are no log files that will tell you when the MySQL username was created.

    Thank you.
