how to limit email send out to another server

    my customer send out more than 5000 email a day!

    he have 6000 members!

    i need to control it !

    i don't want any mail server block my ip!
    how to limit it 1000-2000 per day?

    WHM ==> Server Setup ==> "Twek Settings" ==> The maximum each domain can send out per hour (0 is unlimited):

    need to click this?
    Prevent the user 'nobody' from sending out mail to remote addresses (php and cgi scripts generally run as nobody if you are not using phpsuexec and suexec respectively.)

    or just change 0 to 1000 or other?
