Download a theme then modify it as you wish, cpanel themes are html based then you would have no problem!

you can download the latest theme from following location

http://layer1.cpanel.net/themes/

all the default cpanel themes are over there. download the tar ball and then you can go through all the html pages.

if you dont want to do this hassle you can buy the theme from some theme provider and brand it on your name.

go into your WHM... Themes / Download a Cpanel Themeball

or

then use winzip or winrar to take it apart.

Im Only A Reseller Not Root Access So I Cant My Hoster Sent me X2 themeball but i cant open cos it needs x.tar

give me an email address - i'll send you "x2" and "x" themeballs - because I noticed that "x2" uses symlinks to the "X" theme (or so thats how I understand it to work).

The last skin I made was fairly simple in design, but I'm starting to design a new one and it seems like I'm going to base it off of the "X" theme since that has all the updated stuff in it compared to my current one.

I remember last time I had some problems getting the header images to work, but it was a while ago so idk... I've cloned the "X2" theme into my new one and it seems to have copied over the images and everything into the cpanel branding section soo... we'll see how better this design goes.

I'd really like to see a tutorial out there somewhere instead of one or two companies selling the themes that everybody has....
