How to migrate from old dedicated server to new cloud server

Hello. Im kind of a beginner in server mangment. I work at a company that right now are using a dedicated server for SEO hosting. The hardware are kind of old therefor we are stuck with CENTOS 5.11 as operating system, WHM version 56.0 build 52.
Right now we are hosting almost 35 websites with differnt IPs, we do have a mail server and a FTP server.

In a few days we are gonna have a new Cloud server with the most new version of CentOs,WHM & cPanel. We are gonna have the same amount of IP-addresser etc.

Now my question is how can I migrate all information, website contents, and everything from the old server to the new server? Is there any simple way?

Hello and thank you for your answer! I have just one more question, does this mothed, copy the data to the new server (copy paste), or complitly move the date from old to the new? (cut paste) ?
Would the data go away from the old one if I performed this method?
I hope you understand what I mean.

Check out the Transfer Tool option on your new server, it lets you copy all the accounts from the old server to the new one.

It copies, it won't delete the old data.

The previous post is correct. The accounts are copied and the data from the source server is not removed.
