    You could create an account for abc.com in WHM and assign two nameservers to it using the mentioned two IPs.

    abc.com and ns1.abc.com uses 20.15.15.1
    ns2.abc.com uses 20.15.15.2

    When you have created abc.com as an account in WHM you can access it's cPanel with https://20.15.15.1:2087 (before propagation) and https://abc.com:2083 (after propagation). Remember to add reseller privileges to it in the reseller center 'Edit reseller privileges'.

    You could then upload som html files to the public_html folder of above account to make them visible on the web.

    If you have any problems assigning the IPs to nameservers in WHM you can log in and do it via SSH:

    pico /etc/nameserverips and then

    20.15.15.1=ns1.abc.com
    20.15.15.2=ns2.abc.com

    CTRL O <ENTER>

    Check that the IPs were assigned to the nameservers by choosing 'Manage Assigned Nameserver Ips' just below 'Reseller center' in WHM.

    Hope this helped.

    Thanks
    John
