My second drive is already mounted as "/" and using 15% out of 80GB. I need to only allow maybe 20% for / and mount the rest of the space as "/home2". How do I do this?

You need to resize the partition and then format a new one with the free space. I would highly recommend you hire someone ( perhaps your server provider ) to do this for you, if you are incapable of doing the research on your own.

You would need to repartition the hard drive in order to achieve that. Meaning reload OS.

Actually its strange to see your second hdd being mounted as /

    type
    df
    fdisk -l

    paste results here

    to partiton
    fdisk /dev/hdx
    mkfs -text3 /dev/hdx#
    repeat for all partitions
    e2fsck /dev/hdx#
    repeat for all partitions

Practice on a test server first.
