How to move cpanel tar.gz backup file from one directory to root via WHM?

Hi I dont access to root by putty SSH, so i can only upload my cpanel tar.gz file to my newly created cpanel account under /mydirectory/ folder. But in order to restore this cpanel backup I have to move this file to root. How can I do this with WHM panel? Or any other ways?

Note: Neither of ftp,sftp or putty etc. can access to root, only directory access is available.

To restore the account you can do so from cPanel>>Files>>Backup Wizard which can see a backup folder you have in /home/$user. To put the file there you can do so using the file manager by going to cPanel>>Files>>File Manager

Otherwise, you would have to have access to SSH in order to move the backup.
