How to obtain Cpanel4

Hi, i recently discover the Cpanel Control Panel, on a webhosting company, i have a web hosting company in mexico, im interested in get the CPanel for my server, i got a server with 390 megs of memory, 10gigs of hd, apache 6.1 and kernel 2.2 i686, can i install it in my server? How?

Or what i need, thanks!

First upgrade that to at least RedHat 7.1 , make sure you have 2 gigs on your root partition ( / ), and that will be a good start.
Get your kernel to 2.4.10+

Install instructions are at www.cpanel.net, or get in touch with a distributor for a license and perhaps an install as well.
