How to obtain more IP addresses ??

Hi,

I have a server with 2 IP addresses already assigned to them :-
vns72.example.com 188.60.183.236
vns73.example.com 188.60.183.237

I would need a third IP address to host a development environment.

Where do I obtain more IP addresses because when i click on Add a New IP Address
it returns me with the following error :-
Please contact your server administrator to add, edit, or remove IPs.
