    This is from a newbie.

I have to performe this directions to modify pureftp 2000 files limit:
    -------------------

Open /etc/pure-ftpd.conf in your favorite editor.

    Locate LimitRecursion.

    # 'ls' recursion limits. The first argument is the maximum number of
    # files to be displayed. The second one is the max subdirectories depth

    LimitRecursion 2000 8
    ---------------
can somebody tell me where to go to open

    /etc/pure-ftpd.conf

    thanks in advance
