Not being able to Transfer accounts from another Cpanel Server (getting a blocked port error saying incoming from the remote server is blocked), I've concluded that port 80 is blocked.

    How/Where do I open port 80? Step-by-step please!?!

To make the situation a little more clear could you post the full error message you are getting.

Do you believe that port 80 is blocked on the server from which you are trying to copy the account or the server to which you are trying to copy the account?

On top of that, are you running any kind of firewall on either of the servers?
