    Is it just me or are these kind of questions popping up more and more, sometimes several a day. Not only are we getting total beginner questions we are getting many that make no sense at all.

    I think we need a little tough love here to clean things up a bit or maybe the Cpanel team needs to rework their html page they put up when you first install the CP on a server so it clues people in so they dont come here but rather go to their web host or something.

    Without going to babblefish and putting that in for every language and then seeking a proper interpretation from the destination language, I think we are all lost or doomed :rolleyes:

    Actually the "green screen" (as we have come to call it in the billing/sales office) does include information to contact the hosting provider for assistance. Whether people decide to completely freak out or actually read the text, that's a different story.
