Following is the specification of server and I want to Optimize MPM-Worker Setting to Handle the Brust of traffic spikes from social media and for handling 3000-4000 concurrent visitors.

The server is Dedicated for Only one website.

Kindly also let me know that which MPM will handle my case and what will be its Optimize setting for my case.

I would give MPM event a try first.
Use defaults for either MPM, measure the RAM usage and raise MaxClients and ServerLimit if needed.

There is no reason to proactively change values.
