    Hello,
Seems easyapache is deleting custom installed modules for Apache 2.2.6. How to preserve this modules not to be deleted ?

You could keep a copy of the modules somewhere an use a script to copy them back into the apache modules directory after apache is updated:

    EasyApache Hook Scripts

Looks like you could use /scripts/after_apache_make_install to copy any .so files back (or rebuild them as their 'hint' suggests).
