How to prevent server overload by one account

    Hello.
    Recently we are facing the problem that sometimes one site or script can overload the hole server and we have manually to find the overloader and kill his process, suspend the account, write him an email asking to optimise scripts...
    That's terrible and mostly because the customers do not care how they write scripts or try to use servers for testing their scripts.
    Do you have any idea how to limit the server CPU and ram usage per account? Let's say not more than 5% of all server resourses per account at any time and automatically prevent to take more resourses for any script of this account?

    Hello...

    Try to use CSF from configserver, there are option to limit cpu and memory usage and automatically kill the process, but I still looking the way to prevent the CSF for sending email for every killed process to me :)
