How to Prevent users from upload file to specific folder?

    Just create a new FTP user in cPanel and set the directory = /upload/

    hello plothost
    i know this option, but the user still able to upload file via file manager from cpanel,
    i want to prevent any change on the main folder

    Don't give him the user+pass for cPanel/ftp. Just create a new ftp user as I said .. this way he will not have cPanel access.

    i want the user to access to Cpanel, so he can create e-mail, but i want to prevent him from change folder

    There is no way to create sub users and limit that user to specific areas or features in your cPanel.
