How to proceed when moving to another server IP?

Hello,

i have WHM server on a VPS, so i can make virtual machine backup file and restore it at another server. So if VPS gets a new IP, i set this IP in my cpanel license seller control panel so its licensed. Then what is needed to do so all works properly?

Assuming all hosted websites have all same IP - IP of the VPS. What are the steps?
