Hi have a dedicated server, but not sure how I can read system emails.
ie I can see through mailscanner that ROOT emails are being sent directly from our server and they work fine.
But I want to be able to actully read the email that is being sent but not sure how!

    Any ideas?

    thx

if you want to read the emails sent to root

    1. ssh to your server
    2. su to root
    3. in /root create a file called .forward
    4. add the email you want it forwarded to (ie serverroot@yourdomain.com)

all mail sent to root will be forwarded to that email then.

Setting your email address in Contact Manager in WHM is the best way to get all system emails.
