How to reboot the server, from ssh? when i cant open whm

If my dedicated server get high load (rarely), i cant open whm, i need to request reboot from the hosting company, to make the server rebooted

but i can open ssh, so how to reboot the server, from ssh?

A better solution would be to address the cause of your overloaded server ;) If you can gain shell access to reboot, you can see what is causing the load. Also, if you've not already installed CSF/LFD then this can assist by e-mailing you the process list when a high load is detected.
