I try to create new account for www.!!!!!!.com but I get this error

Sorry, that domain is already setup (remove it from httpd.conf?)
    Account Creation Complete!!!

In looking at WHM, i see that the domain is listed in the
'Show active and inactive accounts' page
Please help to clear it out

    Go on, have a guess
You should remove it using the appropriate method you used to add it. If you parked it, unpark it. If it's from a failed creation, then you'll need to edit /usr/local/apache/conf/httpd.conf and manually remove the VirtualHost container for it and then restart httpd. If you don't know how to do that, then you should ask your server administrator to do it or learn how to move around the root shell and edit files.
