Hi!

I've searched this for thousands of topics and haven't found it, oddly enough.

I would like to know from any of you how can I clear ModSecurity logs?

I already deleted modsec_audit.log, but the logs continue. In my case I have more than 20,000 pages of logs.

Hello ajmeireles,

You should be able to disable the ModSecurity Audit Log by going to WHM's Home »Security Center »ModSecurity™ Configuration. Changing the Audit Log Level should be the first option. If you find that the audit log is filling up too quickly, you can set this to "Do not log any transactions."

More information on this can be found here: cPanel Documentation | ModSecurity Configuration

One logging is disabled for this, can you please confirm if the log file at /usr/local/apache/logs/modsec_audit.log continues to grow?

Thank you!
