    I realized that when I terminate accounts, backups of these accounts stay. And they are there filling backup disc. So I would need to remove this terminated account's backups but I am not sure how ?

    I would appreciate any suggestion and guidance.

    thanks

    You should install Beehaves back up script.

    It will take care of removing deleted accounts after 30 days. As for removing the current ones, is your server setup to do incremental backups or full?

    Use ssh, navigate to the backup folders and delete them manually.

    Much more effecient way is to use this script

    http://www.cplicensing.net/files/scripts/cleanbackups

    create a perl (.pl) with this program then
    cd into the directory where you created it, and run

    perl filename.

    if you want it to auto delete rather than just list the accounts

    then set the variable onthi sline to 1

    $delete_old = '0'; #0 or 1, set to 1 to remove old account backups

    and uncomment ( remove the #) from this line

    #system("rm","-r","$target/$_");

    for complete description and other scripts go take a look at
    http://www.cplicensing.net/scripts.php
