Hello,

To avoid confusion for our customers, I would like to remove the "x", "x2" and "x4" themes from the list of available themes when creating a package or modifying an account.

How can I do this? The "Home »Themes »Universal Theme Manager" page in WHM doesn't have a delete option for these themes. (And the "x4" theme isn't even listed on that page...)

Thanks.

Hello :)

Please let us know the version of cPanel installed on this system:

Code:
cat /usr/local/cpanel/version
The "X" and "X2" themes are no longer utilized, and should not appear in Web Host Manager.

Thank you.

Hello,

The two servers where we are still seeing x and x2 themes are both running cpanel version 11.42.1.12.

On one server, I do not see "x" or "x2" listed in the WHM "Universal Theme Manager", however I can see see them both listed when I go the "Edit a Package" page and hit the Cpanel Theme dropdown box. (I also see x4 listed, too...)

For the other, I see "x" and "x2" listed in the WHM "Universal Theme Manager" (there is no delete icon for them) and I also see them both )and the "x4" theme listed in the "Edit a Package" WHM page.

Let me know what you think. :)

Could you open a support ticket so we can take a closer look? Post the ticket number here and we will update this thread with the outcome.

Thank you.

could you please update this with a solution here?

We see the x/x2 themes on all servers with latest cpanel. And when a customer goes to try one of them they're stuck with it because those themes don't have the 'style switch' option to go back to x3/paper_lantern
