Clients email usage shows 99MB but there are no emails on the server. How do I reset that 99MB back to 0, just for the email usage?

    Thank you very much

If you are sure you have no emails for the email account in question, you can delete the 'maildirsize' file under the email account which contains the size for each email.

I will still suggest you to check the cur, new, tmp folder for the email account once.

Any different thoughts on this one?

You may also want to check the folder for the account. One of my users had a lot of email stored in ".saved-messages". It showed up in the totals for her emai box, even though there were no incoming emails for her account. Anything in (or under) the email folder counts towards the email space.
