For example I am having cPanel account with the disk space 50MB and I have one E-mail account with 5MB disk space and if any body try to send an E-mail more then 5MB size like 8MB. At that time E-mail will bounce back to sender with the message that E-mail accounts quota is exceeded but currently in cPanel its not happen.

I am receiving mails more then assigned disk space to E-mail account which causing the problem.

I like some good solution on this problem ...Awaiting for reply.....

    HI Shane,

I could see that the e-mail account is only having 5MB space. So it is obvious that it can hold more than 5MB . Can you try to increase the size of the mail account? Try to set the e-mail account size to unlimited!
