    My server crashed last night.
it was running only 1 website with php and mysql.
I took backup 5-6 days back before crash, so the backup is not current [updated]
    I ordered for restore.
and they put primary harddisk as slave [seconday] now.

Let me know , how i get data from old mysql database and put it in the running mysql ?

    Go on, have a guess
Backup what you have now if you care about it. Mount the slave drive. Shutdown MySQL. Copy over the content from the old /var/lib/mysql* over to the live disk. Start MySQL.
