How to run commands inside Shell?

Is there tutorial like VIDEO or images/steps how to run commands inside Shell and Cpanel X in the correct way?

Need help.

Could you elaborate on this question? We have documentation on accessing SSH at:

http://documentation.cpanel.net/display/ALD/SSH+Shell+Access

However, we have no guides on how to use Linux in general, as that's a more broad skill (several tutorials available on search engines).
