how to save backup via ftp WHM

    Hello

    with my vhm I run a backup on an external FTP correctly .

    Unfortunately I can not access the ftp space with my PC but only from the server .

    Is there a way to see in the VHM ftp folder with the backup ?

    My objective is to download folders from the server backup space ftp

    Hello :),

    You can not check our backup files which are stored on FTP backup server through WHM. You can check that through SSH, login your server through SSH and try to login your FTP backup server with FTP command,

    Hello :)

    You can access the remote FTP server via your server's command line with the "ftp" command, download the files to a safe location, and then download the files from your server.
