How to set default mail address to :fail: for all users in server ?

Hello,

The default email feature in cpanel is causing major issues with some clients. Though i had disabled this feature long time back from cpanel's feature list but the clients who were already using it are still getting the emails on their default email specified.

How to set it to:
":fail: No such person at this address" for all accounts on the server automatically ?
